Your Best Interest Is Our Goal with our Senior Adult Advocacy

Weighing your options when it comes to your loved ones care? Senior Support Services is an unbiased, educated and experienced Geriatric Care Management practice. Our Care Managers work for the client exclusively. They are not affiliated with another entity. Therefore, Senior Support Services will work in the client’s best interest as well as advocate for that client.

As an advocate for aging care, we understand that families may be walking a new path of uncertainty. Whether our client is in need of care, assessments, facility placement, referrals, or monitoring, Senior Support Services is available to support by answering questions and standing up for our clients.

These can be stressful times and our professional team will be there, for senior advocacy, to help walk the client through the confusing questions and the difficult decisions. The most important piece to us in this process is our clients. Our certified geriatric care managers know the decisions that must be made, the concerns associated with those decisions, and the value of understanding each option.

As a trusted resource for families, we want the best for those requiring care and their families.

Geriatric Care Managers (aka Aging Life Care® Managers) are also members of the Aging Life Care® Association (ALCA). They differ from Patient or Elder Advocates, Senior Advisors, and Senior Navigators. ALCA members must meet the stringent education, experience, and certification requirements of the organization. In addition, it is a requirement that all members adhere to the strict code of ethics and standards of practice.
